Similar to the AKM, the AK74 is full steel and wood construction except now it has a side mount for you to add any upper rails made specifically for the AK. This new GHK AK74 is hands down still one of the best gas blowback AK on the market today.
If there was anything out there that is close to the real steel version, it would be this beauty. With its wood and steel construction, it gives it that weight and you can definitely feel it as you pull the trigger. The recoil is not light and would surprise you! Add a side mount rail and a scope on top of that and you'll own something that'll rate highly in the badassery scale!
It has a 74 type flash hider which you can remove to add a HK style suppressor just to give it that definitive look. You can also remove the butt stock so you can add any other type of stock or get the kit so you can add an GBB M4 style stock if you want!

This particular GHK AK GBB is made completely out of metal, with FRP handguards. The ABS grip are properly sized pistol grips, which feel comfortable to hold. The overall feel of the GHK AKs are great, with a nice crisp blowback feeling; The nice clear "clack" every time you rack the bolt, or the "clink" sounds as you pull the trigger is absolutely sublime!
Field stripping is just like the real steel, what's even cooler is that you could even fire the GHK with its upper receiver cover removed. This particular model is the sleek black AK 105; it features a folding full length solid stock, which clips on very securely to the left. Full steel and wood construction, this new GHK AKM is hands down the best gas blowback AK on the market today as of this writing. The blowback performance is solid and quite impressive. One look at the photos and you'll see why our team of staff were wow'd by it's looks at first sight.
Details are still coming in at the moment, but our initial hands-on test of this gun was very impressive. We've been told that only limited numbers will be made globally for this year so don't wait to order this piece of beauty.
This newer model is nearly identical to the base variant, the only differences being this models replacement of the solid fixed stock with this right-side folding wire stock and the addition of the Soviet style mounting plate. With stock folded down, the 91cm / 36 inch rifle becomes a more compact 70cm / 27.5 inches.
